Liability Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in International Friendships events and activities, the undersigned: Acknowledges and fully understands that each participant and who would claim under me will be engaging in activities that could involve the risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but those of others, or the condition of the premises, the trail or any equipment used. 1. Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably foreseeable at this time; 2. Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully. Agreement to the terms of this policy is required before making payment.

1. If you register for the retreat and cancel before or on May 15, you will receive a partial refund of 50%. If you intend to pay some or all of the cost from a staff or department account, the appropriate portion will be transferred from the account in June.

2. If you register for the retreat and cancel after May 15, no refunds will be issued.

3. If you are delayed or do not arrive for the retreat, no refund will be issued.

4. If you are not planning to stay for all three nights there is no discount available.

5. Refunds may be awarded due to extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis.
