During the entire welcome week, I went to the University Village to work.  I thought, initially, that I might get bored with doing the same thing almost everyday since I signed up many shifts. But, the more I do the UV table, the more I feel loving it. The most favorite part of the work was in meeting with nice internationals face to face.  Even though I intercepted them in the middle of hot day, most of them are really well responded to me with cheerful curiosity. And they tried to listen carefully to my explanation about IFI and IFI’s upcoming events. Some of them even gave their confirmations of their attendance even before I finish the explanation.  At the end of the talk, they didn’t forget to show their appreciation for what I was doing for them. I was pleased because not only that I feel like I personally get to know them but also that I feel I am playing a important role as a bridge between the internationals and IFI.  It led me to think why I choose to study communication at first ; becoming a mediator. Whether they are companies in different continents or people in conflict, I always wanted to jump in among them and put them together in harmonious way.
